I was hired to this position when the company was called InfoLab. They ran rewards programs for independent auto maintenance industry. My position was responsible for the design and implementation of client Email and Direct Mail Marketing. Clients included Goodyear, Michelin, NAPA Auto Parts, and other local and national auto dealers and small businesses.
Here I learned the importance of targeted marketing and using data analytics to identify our demographic and deliver rewards relevant to the shoppers experience with these independent retailers.
